Lacking support from your brokerage.
Brokers don’t actually care if you succeed or not, they just hire as many agents as possible. If you’re lacking the technology and support you need, you need to branch out in other directions.

Living with Shiny Object Syndrome (SOS).
Don’t run after every shiny penny you see. Decide how much GCI you want and set yourself some goals.

Lack of focus, discipline, and consistency.
For every 70 conversations I made, whether it’s online or offline, I close 1 deal.I kept my head down and did the revenue-generating tasks I had to make. No “motivation” - just discipline.Do what you hate to do, but do it like you love it.

Working without a heart for service.
Those agents who are order takers and just want to make a quick buck, they’re all dying out. Relationships always beat Transactions.
