Don't let the market eff with your head

It's the second half...-Is it going to be your best half?-Now a lot of agents are scared, uncertain, and are cutting back on their marketing in this current market.-And those who have the "victim mentality" are doing the same thing - playing turtle, pulling themselves and going back into their shells-Backing out and thinking if they should just get a "real" job instead-Or even worse - planning on going away and waiting until the market returns to normal and maybe even while doing so, their phone will just ring magically and they'll list someone's house.-(You know that you actually need to be ON the vacation to get the calls right?) Chuckles.-But whatever it is, sounds just like another excuse to me...-Which brings me back to Agently.-If you'd like to succeed in real estate, do the opposite of what everyone's doing.-There has never been a perfect time to go against the tide.-Now is time to double down on everything while your competitors are scaling back.-Posting and scheduling posts on social media, doing calls, videos, running ads on Facebook + Instagram and following up with your leads.-Getting as many conversations as possible that will lead you to those deals.-It's as simple as this - are you going to go all in for your family?-If you have kids, a dog, or someone you care and love, you should be able to look them in the eyes and say "I have done everything I can to provide the best life I possibly can to you"-So if you're still committed to achieving your GCI goal...
