Can NAR just sue the media for putting out misleading information?

There are lots of media clickbait out there.

Our biggest challenge is to counter the mass Media backlash caused by fake news. NAR didn't slash our commissions!

The funny thing is as journalism dies, these "so-called journalists"will be looking for a way to make an income to feed their 8 cats and pay for their CNN+ subscription.

The news is propelling this fury of hatred towards agents. Agents are even turning against each other instead of lifting each other up.

It is my understanding that NAR cannot step up and defend us publicly because it’s an ongoing settlement—so we have no one to defend these false narratives from these news sources but ourselves.
