NAR lawsuit x Michael Ketchmark

Check out one of the ads that are popping everywhere.

How is something "excessive " when there is no set price?
The current proposed settlement is for the Seller class action lawsuits. This ad is for Buyers to feed the buyer class action lawsuits that are not a part of the current settlement.
If you saw the updates, once the other one is approved, it goes out to everyone who may be included in the class.
It’s going to be in almost everyone’s mailbox and ads. Eventually, it will be to the point that everyone gets a check for $12 bucks.
Which brings me to Michael Ketchmark:

This personal injury attorney was unknown to the real estate world but famous in Missouri’s circles of power and influence. He’s a star lawyer who won a $2.2 billion verdict in the early 2000s and is a high-profile political donor in the state.
Ketchmark and his legal team wasted little time after their big win and immediately filed a similar suit against other major brokerages.
NAR let the public and the real estate community down.
The lawsuit was without merit, impacting their inability to articulate to the ignorant. Its effect on the bottom line resulted in a ruling that will confuse buyers and sellers for a long time.
Just wait for the lawsuits of all the unrepresented buyers — VA, first-time buyers, those that need the most representation!
As unhappy as I am with NAR. This is also an attack from the higher up.
The elites are sabotaging many industries. It’s time for America to wake up and realize that it’s coming straight from the top.
It’s not politically motivated. It’s about controlling the people.
Best,
Alexa
