U.S. job market is in a sweet spot.

The labor market has been resilient despite high interest rates.
It wasn’t as hot as it was in 2021 and 2022 after the economy woke up from a Covid-induced slumber…
But employers have added 303,000 jobs to payrolls in March — that’s the largest monthly gain since January 2023.
Residential RE Stats: Existing, New and Pending Home Sales.

Existing-home sales came to life in February, shooting up 9.5% from the month before.
Newly constructed single-family houses ticked down by a nominal 0.3% compared to January, but outpaced February 2023 sales by 5.9%.
Pending transactions declined 7% year-over-year.
AREA (American Real Estate Association), a “free” NAR alternative has now 3,000+ members.

Sounds like the population of a high school.
To anybody who thinks that this new Association is free long-term, I've got an island to sell you in Arizona.
Do agents in both organizations get to take advantage of the advocacy?
I hope this isn’t going to be an “All boys club / All girls club” or a “Right vs Left” like our government has become.
Maybe NAR will get things done that this new association can’t, and AREA might be able to get some stuff done that NAR can’t get done.
Or maybe we’re just going to have two organizations sucking money out of us.
We don’t need more associations, what we need is to focus on our own business and help as many families as we can.
