Zero to Hero: How Alliyah achieved success by simply 'showing up'

"Last year, I was 21 after attending my online zoom graduation.

-

Days after I was stepping foot into a fast-paced career in the Real Estate industry and learning how to navigate life as an entrepreneur and trying to find my first client.

-

Not long after I was grieving the sudden loss of a relationship as well as trying to cope with the unexpected passings of multiple family members.

-

From an eager college graduate, I went from being animated to feeling lifeless (in a matter of what felt like seconds).

-

I didn’t want to go to networking events. I couldn’t have conversations that didn’t end in tears. The absolute last thing I wanted to do was socialize. As the true introvert I was, it was only natural for me to want to isolate and disengage.

-

I knew I had to change the traditional sales strategy to fit my social capacity. I was dealing with a massive heartache and there was just no way I was going to door knock and show my face.

-

Once I accepted the truth of my shattered social ability THAT was when I pivoted and started utilizing Agently as a prominent tool in my business.

-

I used Agently to prospect, connect with more people, and track my daily progress and long-term GCI goal.

-

Next thing you know I was getting a ton of leads, clients, and referrals through Agently alone. My name and business began to be spoken in rooms at networking events I have never stepped a foot in.

-

After only being in the business for a year I was recognized as a Top 10 agent in sales in my office, I created a recognizable name and online presence for myself in one of the hardest times of my life.

-

Now writing this at the age of 22 and reflecting on the past year, I am able to see that I not only made it through but ABOVE and I am so effn’ grateful I listened to my intuition and shifted instead of giving up.

Your purpose may be hiding in your wounds. Explore and do deep work to find your hidden treasure. The exploration and journey itself may just be what you need for you to recognize how powerful and amazing you truly are.

-

You have an abundance of skills, knowledge, and care to offer to the world. Do not count yourself out. Your story is still continuing and you have many more experiences and lives to impact. Do not stop now.

-

Trust the process, stay hungry, stay disciplined and be a rockstar."
